Set permissions

Set permissions for users and roles to grant access to specific functions.

In order to do so:

  1. Click Administration.
  2. Click Data access.
  3. Click a user or role.
  4. Click  Permissions. A list of available permissions is displayed.
  5. Note: If any permissions have already been defined by a role to which the user belongs, these permissions are marked with inherited.
  6. Select () the permissions you want to grant to the user or role. The changes are automatically saved.
